Chocolatee and Chocolatee… chocolates galore…Feeling hungry or depressed or wooing your partner and spouse ….. try doing it with a chocolate and watch their anger melt faster than the chocolate in your mouth.

A chocolate – be it a piece or a simple mention of it merely uplifts your spirits and sets you craving for more. Gifting a chocolate though seems to be a regular feature but it probably is still most favored and opted for. Though chocolates can be gifted on any and every occasion, you yet need to choose the right tasting and right shaped chocolate to suit the occasion and person whom you are gifting it.

As an ideal Valentine day gift, chocolates or even ganaches, pralines and truffles come in heart shaped or are presented in heart shaped boxes which reflect your love for each other. Other occasions on which chocolates truly deserve gifting include mother’s day, father’s day, teacher’s day and on festivals such as Christmas and Easter too.

Meanwhile chocolates can be gifted for corporate purposes as well. A box of well gifted exquisite and luxury chocolates when gifted to business clients goes a long way in appreciating the interest shown in the company. Similarly when you present a box of chocolates to employees as token of appreciation for the hard work and effort undertaken by them in the interest of the company, they feel truly elated and build within them a certain degree of loyalty and dedication towards the company.

For a connoisseur of chocolates truly knows what a real chocolate tastes like… you really need to develop a taste and fascination of them. You will be amazed to know what these chocolates are filled with cocoa butter, pralines, hazelnuts, plum wine, rum, mint liqueur, whiskey, apricot coulis, black currant, fresh mint, passion fruit and vanilla to name a few.

It’s best to opt for local made chocolates or specialized chocolate stores who do not compromise on quality and taste rather than mass made chocolates which are extremely sweet and the real flavour of chocolate is lost. Most of truffles and ganaches do contain herbal infusions and also alcohol which you do need to bear in mind too

Lastly, always store the chocolates at room temperature; in case of extreme hot weather you can store them in the fridge provided you remove them in advance so as to enjoy their actual taste at room temperature.
